Research shows that 95% of our behaviour occurs out of habit, either unconsciously or in reaction to external demands. Even when the need for change is obvious and our intentions are strong, we often fall short.
Doctors, dieticians and other practitioners either don’t have the time, or the skills to help people stay motivated and follow through the correct protocols to get lasting results. So, people fall back into their default habits, even when they know those habits make them feel lousy, create ill health and create more stress. In short, the vicious circle continues and becomes more toxic.
Without the right support and accountability, this dysfunctional cycle will continue and depending on how destructive these habits are they can also cause dis - ease and present as IBS, obesity, chronic stress or chronic illness such as Diabetes etc.

Because my services can be completely virtual, I am able to cater to my clients all over the world in the comfort, privacy, and convenience of their own home or office.
We schedule a 1 hour telephone call per week. Each session will move us closer to my client’s personal goals, using the very best and most up to date techniques, slowly but surely changing old habits, thoughts and beliefs into a new vibrant lifestyle that works for them. Alongside this, my client will receive additional dietary advice and action steps and she will work on new behaviours through the days between sessions but all this should be fun!!
