I have recently completed the 90 Day Transformation course with Carmen Lyndley & can honestly say it’s changed me for the better. Although I knew I needed to do something about some poor eating habits this course gave me the structure & encouragement to achieve this, & the tools to continue with my transformation.

Carmen started by asking questions regarding my general health, what I eat,  what I would like to feel like in 30 & 90 days, any obstacles & what I hoped to achieve. My responses were used to structure the course, especially dealing with my reliance on sugary foods & how to reduce this. I wrote a ‘goal’ & considered my motivators, demotivators & habits. I liked the way the course content was personalised for my body, lifestyle & values. Carmen was not afraid to challenge me, she encouraged me to find my own solutions, to think critically & to move outside my comfort zone occasionally. This made the outcomes better for me.
Our weekly calls were helpful, informative, motivating and fun! They were not just about food but about the ‘whole person’ - I was encouraged to make self care a priority which is something I haven’t done before, using meditation, connecting with nature, visualisation & relaxation techniques etc. There was ‘homework’  (nothing onerous),  just a little reading & things to consider & try, this enabled me to keep my focus from week to week.
Quite by chance this course came along at the same time as a serious illness to a family member - Carmen was completely understanding & tailored course content so it was appropriate for my needs at the time, consequently I have been better able to cope generally.
I would complete recommend that anyone who feels their health & wellbeing needs a boost to try this course;  I learned a lot about myself during my 90 days, & now have tools to help me as I continue my health & wellbeing journey. Going forward, I now feel empowered to take control of my life. Carmen is an excellent health coach - she is passionate about her subject & enables you to identify your own motivations and challenges; while being non-judgmental, encouraging and motivating.

Overall, Carmen &  her Total Transformation course are extremely highly recommended.

Thank you Carmen! Biggest changes in me is I started to conscious of what I eat and a day at a time. I have started to meditation and yoga. Stay hydrated and active my inflamation has come down to just one spot in my body. Previously I had pain in multiple joints and different places in my body! I thank u for staying on top of me and motivating me.....knowing I have someone having an eye on me made me more conscious of what I was doing to myself !!! Thanks once again.

Hi Carmen! Thank you for all your good advices !!! I appreciate it very much! I had another great week! I have lost 3 pounds for a total of 30 lbs! I am so happy it is incredible !! Youppi !!! It was my objective for the total program so I am happy to already have achieved it !! Let’s work on another 30 to lose !!

I can see my lost reduction in my clothes so it is fantastic! I will be wearing my bikinis at the beach !!! New ones !!!

3 successes to date: I have eliminated added sugar passed up sweet treats- walking more each day and have got my husband on board with eating healthier.

Started walking again in the morning forgot how much I enjoyed it, have eliminated the snacking before dinner + processed sugar. Really sticking to water aside from a morning coffee. I think I’m on a good path right now - the better sleep is helping for sure. Cheers!
